Coaching is a temporary process of consulting and support that can relate to both professional and private matters. The consulting relationship between our customers and ourselves is based on mutual acceptance and free will. Meetings are held in strict confidence. The aim of the coaching is to further your self-regulation skills to such an extent that you will no longer require the coach.

Team building

A well-functioning team is a performance-oriented working group based on the division of labour, in which each team member can bring his or her know-how to bear on complex problems.

Possible team building issues might include:
  • Reviewing of aims, content and tasks
  • Assistance during processes of change
  • Development of a common understanding of aims
  • Clarification and understanding of roles
  • Optimization of communication and the relationships between team members
  • Optimal structuring of the cooperation with other units
As a trained coach I can offer valuable assistance to individual employees and teams facing demanding situations and going through difficult phases. In doing so, I can help people recognize and reflect on both successful and less successful patterns alike – as well as develop new, targeted and solution-oriented practices.
