| Customizable search – Retained Search Mandate. |
Together with you we compile a comprehensive job profile and then proceed with the systematic identification and selection of potential candidates.
In addition
- we arrange and monitor the execution of insertion orders in the print media and the Internet. This also includes the copy writing, design and placing of advertisements.
- we find out through personal discussions whether potential candidates are suitable, and establish under what conditions they would be interested in the position in question.
- you receive a detailed dossier on the selected candidates containing all the relevant data together with our assessment.
- we undertake a moderating role in discussions between you and the candidate.
- we procure references if required, as soon as there is concrete interest in a candidate.
If requested by our customer and the contracted individual, we will follow the latter’s developments over a period of 12 months, providing him or her with assistance in the form of individual management or role coaching.
When a retained search mandate is received an initial flat-rate payment is required. The balance is charged upon conclusion of the mandate. In each case the payment terms are agreed separately in the mandate confirmation as they can vary according to the nature and difficulty of the mandate. |
