Currently we are recruiting an entrepreneurial thinking, dynamic and motivated personality for its role as Operations Specialist.

  • Design, build and implementation of new operational processes (onboarding, customer service, outbound calling and collections)
  • Build, implement and perform the processes by collaborating with third party technology providers
  • Monitor partner and application funnels as well as ensure customer applications are complete
  • Handling of partner and customer inquiries through email and phone
  • Create outbound sales call scripts and perform calls to potential customers
  • Manage third party operational vendors such as collection agency
  • Create reporting to monitor processes and drive constantly process improvements

  • 3-5 years experience in operations role within the Financial industry
  • Commercial education background (KV) and higher education
  • Proven experience in sales and operations
  • Experience in designing, building and implementing operational processes
  • Structured way of working
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrable commercial experience
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of Finance
  • Motivated and flexible can-do attitude
  • High level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic small team
